摘要
ISO4000环境管理体系标准是国际标准化组织在总结和吸收了许多先进管理经验的基础上制定和颁布的国际性的环境管理系列标准，在《贯彻环境管理体系标准》（以下简称“贯标”）的过程中强化高校教学实验室管理制度规范化和科学化建设，对进一步提高教学实验室管理质量和服务水平意义重大。该文在认真做好“贯标”准备、环境管理体系认证、环境质量认证内审员队伍建设及规范相关方行为等方面，论述了作者对加强高校教学实验室规范化建设工作的思考，使对环境的事后治理转向事前预防与控制，从治标转向治本，从而实现高校教学实验室的环境优化。
The standard system of ISO4000 environment management was drawn up and promulgated by ISO （ International Organization for Standardization） on the basis of induction and absorption from muhiple advanced management experience. It＇s more significant for improving the service and management quality to strengthen normalized construction of universities＇ teaching laboratory management system during the process of implementation and certification of standard. The paper discusses the thought about strengthening construction of universities＇ teaching laboratory management system from five aspects such as preparation for implementation of standard carefully, certification of environmental quality administrative system, methods of handling and precaution of emergency, internal examiner team training and normalization of the relevant parties＇ behaviors. It would lead to the laboratory environment optimization by changing comprehensive treatment after the event to taking precautions, changing a temporary solution to a permanent cure.
