摘要
目的探索实施乡镇区护理人员继续教育的有效途径。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查法，对乡镇区五所医院210名护理人员的继续教育进行问卷调查。结果2004—2006年区内5所医疗机构护理人员继续教育学分基本达标，教育方式主要为院内学习、培训班、学历教育、订阅杂志等。受环境及条件的制约，乡镇护理人员的继续教育学习仍有差距。结论护理人员的继续教育势在必行，只要管理者重视，提供多渠道的学习途径，护士主动提高学习的积极性，基层护理人员的继续教育就能沿着健康轨道发展。
Objective To probe into the valid path to carry out nursing staffs＇ continued education. Methods The questionnaire survey , designed by oneself, were used to investigate 210 nursing staffs＇continued education in five hospitals of Xiangzhen area. Results The continued education of nursing staff from 5 medical treatment organization in 2004 - 2006 reach a basic mark , educational way mainly are study in hospital, trainning class, the educational background education and subscribe magazine etc. Be limited by environment and condition, the continued education of nursing staff still have a gap. Conclusion The continued education of the nursing staff should be done necessarily, as long as if only governor reconstucted, provide multipaths of stud- y, the nurse raises the aggressive of the study actively, the continued education of basic nursing staff will develop along the healthy orbit.
