摘要
吉林省紧紧抓住实施振兴东北老工业基地的战略机遇,继续深化国有企业的改革,实施了国有企业改革的攻坚,取得了突破性进展。当前国有企业改革已进入到发展、深化和完善的阶段。客观上需要分析吉林省国有企业的现状及面临的主要问题,从我省实际出发提出促进国有企业改革和发展切实可行的有效对策,实现国有企业在体制和机制上的创新,增强国有企业发展的活力。
Jilin province closely held the strategic opportunity of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base, continued to deepen the state-owned enterprises＇ reform, implemented the storming fortifications in state-owned enterprise＇s reform, has achieved the breakthrough progress. The current state-owned enterprise＇s reform has entered the development, deepening and perfect stage. It is objective need to analyze the present situations and main questions of state-owned enterprises in Jilin province. Starting from our province＇s reality, the feasible and effective countermeasures are proposed to promote the state-owned enterprises＇ reform and development, realize the innovation of state-owned enterprises in the system and the mechanism, enhance the vigor of the state-owned enterprises development.
