VEGF在子宫颈癌及上皮内瘤变中的表达 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨VEGF在慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及浸润性宫颈癌(ICC)中的表达,旨在提高宫颈上皮内瘤变及浸润性宫颈癌的诊断率。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测40例慢性宫颈炎、30例CINⅠ~Ⅱ、25例CINⅢ以及30例ICC病例中VEGF的表达。结果:慢性宫颈炎组织、CINⅠ~Ⅱ组织中很少表达VEGF,在CINⅢ及ICC组织中呈高表达,二者之间有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:VEGF在CINⅢ及ICC中呈高表达,是监测CIN及ICC的一个重要的指标,并有助于探讨CIN及ICC的发病机制。 Objective: To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the chronic cervicitis, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and invasive carcinoma of cervix (ICC) , in order to improve the the pre -operation diagnosis of CIN and ICC. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was employed to study the expression of VEGF in 40 cases with the chronic cervicitis, 30 cases with CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ, 25 cases with CIN Ⅲ and 30 cases with ICC. All cases were employed by HE stain. Results: The expression of VEGF in the chronic cervicitis and CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ was little and remarkably lower than that of CINⅢ and ICC (P 〈0. 05) . Conclusion: The high expression of VEGF in CIN Ⅲ and ICC is a important indicator to detect the CINⅢ and ICC, it is useful to study the mechanism and to improve the diagnosis of CIN and ICC by detecting the expression of HPV.
