摘要 介绍了现有氯霉素残留量检测方法的不足,提出一种结合金标试纸技术以及嵌入式系统图像处理技术的新方法。通过图像传感器将金标试纸图像传入嵌入式计算机系统,采用数字图像处理,实现对样品中氯霉素残留量的快速定量检测。指出了实现该方法的技术难点并给出相应的解决方法,实验证明了该检测方法的有效性。 The deficiency of present chloramphenicol residues detection method is presented. A new method is given which utilizes the gold-colloidal strip and the embedded image processing technology. The image of the gold-colloidal strip captured by image sensor is sent to the embedded system and processed by the data image processing program through which the rapid quantitative detection for chloramphenicol is implemented. The key technology about this new method is introduced and the solution is also presented. The effectiveness of the detection is verified by the experiment.
