摘要
根据聚丙烯酰胺在硅胶表面吸附的室内研究结果,确定了两种解吸剂LA-Ⅰ和LA-Ⅱ的配方,主要对LA-Ⅰ和LA-Ⅱ进行了解吸附效果评价和与聚合物溶液的配伍性评价。结果表明,对已注聚岩心,注入解吸剂后,注聚压力下降,岩心渗透率恢复值达26%~88%;对未注聚的岩心,先注解吸剂再注聚合物,可有效预防聚合物的早期吸附和减少或延缓长期注聚的堵塞;解吸剂与聚丙烯酰胺溶液具有良好的配伍性。解吸剂LA-Ⅰ和LA-Ⅱ对聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物的解吸附、增加注聚量、降低注聚压力具有较好的作用。
The formulae of two desorbents LA - Ⅰ and LA - Ⅱ were determined on the basis of research on polyacrylamide absorption to silica gel surface. Their desorption effects and compatibilities with polymer solution were evaluated mainly. The results showed that the pressure of polymers injection decreased and the core permeability recovery value was 26 % - 88 % after injecting the desorbents for the core injected polymer previously. Early polymers absorption was prevented and the plugging caused by long polymer injection was delayed after injecting preliminarily the desorbents and then injecting polymer for fresh cores. Two desorbents were compatible with polyacrylamide solution well.
