Advances in Protoplast Research in Apple

摘要 综述了近二十年来苹果原生质体研究进展。概述了苹果原生质体分离培养技术及影响分离培养的条件。通过对有关文献的分析。 This review focused on the developments of protoplast in apple in the past 20 years. The technique of protoplast isolation,culture and plant regeneration were summarised in the paper. The existing problems and further developement were also discussed.
