不同治疗时期肺心病患者血清肌钙蛋白水平的变化

摘要 目的:观察不同治疗时期肺心病患者血清肌钙蛋白(cTnI)水平动态变化,探讨肌钙蛋白在肺心病患者诊疗过程中的应用价值。方法:应用胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定健康体检者及肺心病患者新入院、治疗1周、治疗半个月及治疗缓解期血清cTnI水平。结果:肺心病患者系统治疗前血清cTnI水平较健康体检者显著升高(P<0.05),并随治疗的进行,预后良好者呈下降趋势。结论:定期观察肺心病患者血清cTnI水平,对肺心病疗效观察有一定作用。
