Identifiler体系在绒毛取样术中取材鉴定的应用 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究利用Identifiler体系对孕早期绒毛取材进行鉴定,以避免母体DNA的污染影响产前诊断的准确性。[方法]收集15例需行绒毛取样产前诊断的早孕期病人,用Identifiler体系的16基因位点进行检测病人外周血及绒毛DNA,判断绒毛DNA是否存在污染,从而决定是否利用绒毛进行产前基因诊断。[结果]检出2例存在母体DNA污染,于孕中期重新取羊水进行产前基因诊断,13例判断不存在污染的绒毛DNA进行基因诊断,其结果与出生后新生儿的结果完全符合。[结论]Identifiler体系在判断孕早期绒毛取样术取材的污染鉴定方面,有着非常准确的作用,可以考虑采用。
