5-HT2A受体基因A-1438G多态性与迟发性运动障碍的相关研究

摘要 [目的]探讨5-HT2A受体A-1438G基因多态与迟发性运动障碍是否关联。[方法]以166例精神分裂症患者(85例伴TD,81例不伴TD)为对象进行病例-对照研究。用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)分析基因多态性。[结果]各基因型和等位基因TD组和非TD组间未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]广东地区汉族人群中5- HT2A受体A-1438G多态性与TD无关联。
