摘要
以具有硝化功能的活性污泥与厌氧产甲烷颗粒污泥的混合物接种小试曝气上流式污泥床反应器,采用自配无机氨氮废水为进水,在中温(30~35℃)条件下成功培养获得亚硝化颗粒污泥,亚硝化工艺的进水NH4^+ -N负荷可达2.5~3.0 kg/(m^3·d),氨氮去除率和亚硝化率均可稳定在90%以上;进水中约100 mg/L的有机COD对亚硝化工艺的运行无明显影响;常温(约20℃)条件下亚硝化工艺也能高效稳定运行.
In a lab-scale aerated upflow sludge bed (AUSB) reactor inoculated with the mixture of anaerobic granular sludge and aerobic sludge, using synthetic ammonia-rich wastewater as influent, aerobic short-cut nitrification granules were cultivated. After that, the short-cut nitrification reactor could be operated stably with very high efficiency under mesophilic condition (30 ~ 35℃ ), and the influent loading rate (NH4^+ -N) could reach 2.5 ~ 3.0 kg/(m^3·d). The ammonia removal efficiency and the short-cut nitrification ratio (NO2^-/NOx^-) were above 90% respectively. Some organic COD (about 100 mg/L) existed in the influent had no obvious effects on the operation of the short-cut nitrification process. The short-cut nitrification reactor could also be operated stably with very high efficiency under ambient temperature (about 20℃ ).
