用高效液相色谱法监测去甲斑蝥素的反应过程,优化合成工艺条件,以保证产品质量达到国家药品标准要求,并解析氢-氢相关谱(1H-1HCOSY)以确定化合物的立体构型。
HPLC was used to monitor the synthesis of norcantharidin in order to optimize the synthetic conditions.The product prepared according to the improved synthetic route can meet the national medicine quality standard.Its stereoconfiguration was confirmed by the ^1H-^1H COSY spectral data.
