摘要
信息在当今社会发挥着越来越重要的作用,西部地区的贫困在很大程度上表现出信息的贫困。从不同经济状况的农民对信息的敏感程度进行调查,分析了农村信息扶贫工作的主要优势和思路。信息扶贫的切入点、有效的信息扶贫模式、信息扶贫工作人员的培训及与政府部门的关系都成为信息扶贫的重要环节。
Information is playing amore and more important role in nowadays society. Lack of infor- mation was the important characteristic of poverty in the western region. This paper has analyzed the main advantage of the anti-poverty project of rural information by the survey of sensitive intensity of in- formation from the peasants of different economic situation. Breakthrough point, effective information anti-poverty mode, information anti-poverty staff members′ training and relation with government are im- portant approaches of poverty alleviation by information.
