摘要
在社会主义新农村建设的背景下,我国农村固定资产投资总量不断增长,推动了农村经济发展,但仍存在增速慢、各地区分布不均匀、融资渠道单一等问题。本文提出加强规划,调整投资结构,创新金融机制,加强地区间的合作将是今后我国农村固定资产投资新农村建设发展的重点。
The investment in rural fixed assets promotes the growth of rural economy, but some problems exist, such as low increase speed, unbalanced regional distribution, and single fi- nancing channel. Therefore, the article provides feasible advices for the growth of investment in rural fixed assets.
