摘要
社会资本与农村治理之间既相互促进又相互制约。目前我国农村治理问题的社会资本因素主要是消极社会资本的膨胀及积极社会资本的缺失。构建现代意义上的社会资本是促进农村善治的有效途径。文中基于政府及村民自治组织等社会资本主体提出了构建积极社会资本实现新农村和谐治理的对策,对社会主义新农村建设具有积极意义。
There are complex interrelationships between social capital and rural governance： mutual promotion, maybe mutual restraint. Now social capital factors on China＇ s rural governance problems are mainly the expansion of the negative social capital and the lack of positive social capital. Constructing modern social capital is an effective way to achieve good governance in the rural area. In this paper, some countermeasures for constructing positive social capital are proposed to improve the harmonious govern- ance of the new socialist countryside, based on the perspective of government and the autonomous organi- zation of villagers.
