固体超强酸催化合成季戊四醇双缩环己酮的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以环己酮和季戊四醇为原料,在SO42-/MxOy型固体超强酸催化作用下合成季戊四醇双缩环己酮;考察反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间和反应物配比对缩酮化反应收率的影响。结果表明,反应温度为190℃、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的6%、季戊四醇与环己酮的物质的量比为1∶3和反应时间为3 h时,季戊四醇双缩环己酮的收率达93.5%。 Cyclohexanone pentaerythritol ketal was synthesized by condensation of cyclohexanone and pentaerythritol, catalyzed by SO4^2-/MxOy solid superacid. The influence of reaction temperature, dosage of catalyst, reaction time and ratio between reactants was investigated. Optimal condition was obtained as follows: reaction temperature 190 %, catalyst dosage = 6% (mass fraction) of the total reactants, cyclohexanone-to-pentaerythritol molar ratio 3: 1, reaction time 3 h. Cyclohexanone pentaerythritol ketal yield of up to 93.5 % was obtained under the optimal condition.
