高硅含量麦草浆制浆工艺的研究

摘要 在烧碱-蒽醌法制浆工艺中加入氧化铝可以提高硅在未漂麦草浆中的留着,提高纸浆纤维的灰分及二氧化硅含量,解决或减轻黑液"硅干扰"问题。本课题主要研究最佳留着浆料中的灰分及二氧化硅的蒸煮工艺。实验结果证明:将NaOH、AQ以及Al_2O_3混合均匀后再与麦草原料混合,在用碱量为14%,Al_2O_3用量为3%,蒽醌用量为0.05%,液比1:5的条件下,升温60min内到达155℃后保温30min后卸锅,该工艺可以达到最好的留硅效果。 The addition ofAl2O3 as reagent in the Soda-AQ of wheat strew can enhance silica precipitation on the unbleached pulps. At the same time, ash and silica content of pulp increased with the addition. As a result, silica problem was solved or lightened. Results showed that the process with the addition of 3% Al2O3 , 14%NaOH, 0.05% AQ, mixing NaOH, AQ and Al2O3 firstly, then adding the mixture into straw, and putting the mixed wheat straw in the cooking equipment in which the temperature increased to 155℃ in 60min and kept the temperature for 30min gave the best retention of silica.
