摘要
中小企业在市场经济中占有重要地位,也面临激烈的竞争。中小企业如何在竞争中取胜,如何做大做强,管理者可以应用文化管理。首先要树立观念,其次是要确立文化的结构和内容,最后是文化在企业的传播。当然企业文化要体现出我国中小企业的特点。
SMEs play an important role in a market economy ,facing intense competition.Small and medium-sized enterprises how to win in the competition ,how to enlarge and strengthen management can be applied to cultural management.First,we should establish the concept,followed to establish the structure and culture,the dissemination of culture in the end.Of course,corporate culture should reflect the characteristics of China's SMEs.
