摘要
基于混凝土中钢筋均匀锈蚀及锈蚀产物仅仅填充且填满锈胀裂缝的假设,考虑混凝土与钢筋介面锈蚀前后的变形协调条件,以及保护层裂纹界面的部分承载能力,建立了带箍筋混凝土构件锈胀开裂模型,并通过直流阳极极化加速锈蚀试验对模型进行了验证.对于箍筋间距100 mm及150 mm两种工况,裂纹宽度实测值与模型预测值具有较好的一致性.
Corrosive expanding crack model for concrete members with stirrup is proposed, after hypothesizing that reinforced bars in concrete members are corroded uniformly and the corrosive expanding cracks will be filled fully by the corrosive products from reinforced bars and considering that the corrosive displacement compatibility condition of the interface between reinforced bar and protective layer before/after corrosion and the partial carrying capacity of the crack interfaces in protective layer concrete. The model was verified by the straight flow anodic polarization accelerates corrosion test results. For the stirrups with the space of 100mm and 150mm under the operation conditions, the measured crack expanding widths agree with the predicted ones.
