SOFC梯度功能PEN部件的等离子熔射数字化制造

摘要 将功能梯度材料、快速原型制造、等离子熔射与机器人数字化成形技术相结合,多层连续熔射快速制造平板和瓦楞式固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的三合一电极(PEN)部件.采用自主研发的梯度功能送粉设备,通过系统的工艺试验,探讨并研究了阳极、电解质与阴极层间连续梯度变化规律,以及阳极与阴极的多孔性特征;利用电子探针和能谱分析等检测手段分析了PEN部件材料成分的梯度变化情况.结果表明:采用本方法能够获得SOFC的PEN部件所需的成分与组织呈连续梯度变化,阳极与阴极孔隙率高的梯度功能涂层. This paper presented the technology which continuously and fast fabricates the key part, positive-electrolyte-negative (PEN) of two-dimension corrugation and planar type solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) by combining the functionally gradient materials (FGM), rapid prototype manufacture, plasma spray and robot digital forming technology. With the help of new designed functionally gradient powder feeder and systemic examination, the consecutive gradient between positive, electrolyte and negative, the high porosity of positive and negative, were analyzed and discussed by using e-probe and energy spectrum analysis. The results indicate that this method is able to make the functionally gradient coating that ingredient and organization are continuously gradient varying, positive and negatiye are high porous, which the PEN of SOFC needs.
