大规模定制成功实施的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过大规模定制,企业有能力以近于大规模生产的效率和成本向顾客提供定制的个性化产品和服务。基于顾客感知价值概念,从客户因素、产品因素、市场因素、行业因素和组织因素五个方面对大规模定制成功实施的影响因素进行分析,提出了大规模定制成功因素的理论框架模型。
