摘要
从艾滋病(AIDS)患者、HIV感染者、高危人群和健康非感染者的角度探讨AIDS防治过程中存在的若干伦理问题,提出在AIDS患者和HIV感染者治疗中实行有条件地保密、药物研究中采用活动性对照试验;在禁毒和扫黄的前提下对高危人群发放安全套、推行针具交换政策和美沙酮替代疗法;对健康非感染者加大宣传力度、医务工作者应如何正确对待患者及做好职业防护等对策。
This paper starts with a review of ethical issues present in the control of AIDS from perspectives of patients with AIDS, HIV positive patients, high-risk population and noninfected healthy people. The author then analyzes the reasons why AIDS has not been controlled efficiently in China, and lastly puts forward some countermeasures.
