摘要
犯罪现场物质痕迹中隐含着相应的心理痕迹,它是犯罪行为人心理活动和外部行为综合作用的结果,是事物发展联系内在逻辑的充分体现,也是现实的一种客观存在。对犯罪心理痕迹的分析应立足于现场的物质痕迹,推导犯罪行为过程及心理状态;分析时应全面客观,力求多方印证。
The material trace on the spot of crime hides corresponding trace of psychology, which is the combined result of psychological activity and behavior of the person committing the crime, the full embodiment of inherent logic of development and connection and also a objective existence of reality. Analyzing the trace of criminal psychology should be based on the material trace on the spot of crime and deduce the behavior course and psychological state of the crime. The analysis should be all -round and objectlve,with confirmation in many ways.
