摘要
结素的"复强"作用可以影响结核年感染率调查结果的准确性。作者通过测定年感染率的几种方法的结果比较,得出贵州省用直接法调查结核年感染率的结素阳转判定标准为两次调查的结素硬结均径大于或等于12mm。
The results of the annual infection rate of tuberculosis may be affected by the booster of tuberculin test for accuracy of research result. The authors compared with several results through investigation about the annual rate of TB infection. The diagnosis standard of PPD was determined by immediate investigation the reaction diameter was≥12mm in the annual infection rate of TB.
