摘要
以活性炭为催化剂,采用微波辐照处理高浓度邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)生产废水,考察了各种因素对废水COD去除率的影响。实验结果表明,在活性炭加入量为30g/L、微波功率为400W、辐照时间为4min的条件下,COD去除率为86.3%。使用过的活性炭可用质量分数为20%的硫酸溶液浸泡,浸泡时间120min时,COD去除率最高(约为86%),再生后的活性炭可重复利用。反应动力学研究表明,该过程近似符合一级反应动力学规律。
The high concentration wastewater in dioctyl phthalate (DOP) production was treated by microwave irradiation process using activated carbon as catalyst. The factors affecting COD removal rate were investigated, Under the conditions of activated carbon dosage 30 g/L, microwave power 400 W and irradiation time 4 min, the COD removal rate is 86, 3%. The used activated carbon is soaked in 20% (mass fraction) sulfuric acid solution for 120 min, and the regenerated activated carbon can be reused with the highest COD removal rate of about 86%. The kinetics study shows that the reaction process approximately accords with the first order reaction rule.
