摘要
用双叔胺缔合相变—两步反萃法处理萘磺酸系废液,以自制的2,4-二(N,N-二丁基)氨基十二烷基苯(HG-1)作相变试剂,考察了缔合相变法和两步反萃法的处理效果。实验结果表明:在萘磺酸系废液 pH 小于等于2的条件下,与三辛胺相比,用 HG-1处理萘磺酸系废液可将循环处理次数减少2~3次,循环处理效率提高40%~60%,萃取罐的容积利用率可提高40%,G 盐废液、NH_2-J 酸废液、T 酸母液及脱硝废液的 COD 去除率分别可达99.40%,96.73%,98.77%,99.20%;在氨水加入量为20 mL 条件下,两步反萃法可从 NH_2-J 酸废液中分出14 mL无机盐水相,并可得到7 g 硫酸铵,分出无机盐水相后的萘磺酸浓缩液体积比传统的一步反萃法减小了44%。
The waste liquor containing naphthalenesulfonic acid compounds was treated by association phase change with di-tel'tiary amine and two-step back-extraction processes. The treatment effects by the two processes were studied using self-made 2,4-bis( N, N bibutyl) amino dodecyl benzene( HG-1 )as phase changing reagent. The experimental results indicate that:Compared with trioctylamine,when the pH of the waste liquor is less than or equal to 2,the circular treatment times with HG-1 are decreased by 2 -3 times,the circular treatment efficiency is increased by 40% -60% ,the use ratio of the volume of extraction tanks can be increased by 40%, and the removal rate of COD in G-salt waste liquor, NH2-J acid waste liquor,T acid mother liquor and denitration waste liquor is 99.40% ,96.73,98.77%, 99.20% ,respectively; Under the condition of ammonia dosage 20 mL, 14 mL of inorganic salt waterphase can be separated from NH,-J acid waste liquor and 7 g ammonium sulfate can be obtained by two-step back-extraction process; The volume of concentrated liquor containing naphthalenesulfonic acid after the inorganic salt water-phase has been separated out is 44% less than that of using traditional one-step back-extraction process.
