摘要
采用折流式旋转填料床处理含氨废水,考察了各因素对吹脱率、传质系数及气相压降的影响。实验结果表明:在 pH 为10左右、温度为20℃、废水中氨质量浓度为10366 mg/L、气体流量为160m^3/h、液体流量为60L/h、转速为800 r/min 的条件下,吹脱率为92%,传质系数为3.46 kmol/(m^3·s);折流式旋转填料床的气相压降显著低于其他旋转填料床,且湿床压降低于干床压降;获得了折流式旋转填料床的传质系数和气相压降的回归方程,可分别计算折流式旋转填料床的传质系数和气相压降,考察传质性能和流体力学性能。
Ammonia-containing wastewater was treated in a baffled rotating packed bed. The effects of different factors on blow-off rate, mass transfer coefficient and gas pressure drop were investigated. The experimental results indicate that: Under the conditions of pH about 10, temperature 20 ℃, ammonia mass concentration 10 366 mg/L, gas flow 160 m^3/h,liquid flow 60 L/h and rotating speed 800 r/min, the blow-off rate of ammonia is 92%, the mass transfer coefficient is 3.46 kmol/(m^3·s) ;The gas pressure drop in the baffled rotating packed bed is remarkably lower than that in other kinds of rotating packed beds and the pressure drop of wet bed is lower than that of dry bed. The regression equations are obtained, which can be used to study the mass transfer capacity and fluid mechanical property of baffled rotating packed bed by calculating the mass-transfer coefficient and the gas pressure drop.
