摘要
如何准确地认识和评估信息技术对企业组织变革的影响是经济学和管理学近年来一直非常关注的问题。虽然有关这方面的研究较多,但人们对信息技术和组织变革关系中一些基本问题的认识仍存有争议。从企业实践来看,信息技术的应用并没有产生像人们所预期的效果。其中一个重要的原因是,信息技术的应用对企业组织结构和业务流程等组织变革的要素能产生一些难以明确的影响。对两者关系的多重性和不确定性进行了梳理,以促成两者之间的良性互动。
It is the focus for the scholars of economics and management to understand and assess precisely the effects of information technology on organizational change. There is controversy about the relationship between IT and organizational change despite of more literature on this. In practice, IT has not acquired satisfactory achievement as enterprises hope. The important one of reasons is that the indefinite influence of IT on organizational change. Based on this, the passage summaries and analyzes the multiple and indefinite effects of IT on organizational change in order to improve understanding about the mutual relationship.
