摘要
在对高新技术企业集群综合优势的内涵及影响因素分析基础上,提出集群综合优势评价指标体系设计原则,建立高新技术企业集群综合优势评价指标体系,并给出指标含义与计算方法以及评价指标体系的应用策略,旨在为科学评价和全面掌握集群发展状态以及集群战略管理决策提供科学依据。
On the basis of analyzing the meaning and influencing factors of comprehensive advantage, this paper puts forth the evaluation index system design principles and establishes the evaluation index system of high ＆ new technology enterprises cluster＇s comprehensive advantage. Meanwhile it expounds on the meanings and calculating methods of the indicators and at last puts forward the application tactics of the index system. The research of the paper provides scientific warranty for not only evaluating and keeping hold of the development state of cluster, but also the cluster＇s strategic management decision making.
