摘要
职业技术学院是我国近几年发展特别迅猛的一种办学类型。抓好职业学院的学生管理工作,既要注重专业课程的设置、强化技能和应用、提升学生就业后的实际工作能力,又要思想教育上体现学生的特殊性。通过对南京体育学院职业技术学院学生思想变化的特点进行总结,并针对这些思想特点提出相应对策,为更好地管理职业技术学院的学生提出了一些合理性建议。
Vocational and technical college is a mode of education with rapid development in recent years. Its students management is not only based on the setting of major courses, intensive skill training and application, and improvement of working abilities, but on the educational management on mind. The paper concluded the characteristic of students＇ mind diversification in vocational and technical college in Nanjing Sports Institute. Therefore, it presents some solutions to improve the student management.
