体操单杠运动中的生物力学原理探讨 被引量:9

摘要 根据以往研究,特别是笔者多年来从事体操项目生物力学研究的成果,成功解决了大量单杠训练中实际问题,系统地分析了体操单杠项目特点,把单杠动作分成摆动、回环、振浪、飞行等几大类,结合相关运动生物力学知识和理论,对单杠的这几类特征动作进行研究分析,提出一整套单杠运动中的运动生物力学原理,为单杠项目的训练科学化提供理论依据。 This paper aims to study the features of gymnastics movement on horizontal bar based on previous research findings by the author, especially the experience engaged for many years in gymnastics biomechanical study and experience from solving practical problems of horizontal bar training. Systematic analysis on characteristics of the movement are carried out, in which the movement is decomposed imo swing, circle, vibration waves and flying, then the components are studied respectively with biomechanics knowledge and theories related to research and analysis for these types of features of the action. A set of biomechanics principle of the movement of horizontal bar is provided for the scientific training of horizontal bar movemem as a theoretical basis.
