摘要
目的用氯化锂-匹鲁卡品制备Wistar大鼠急性癫痫模型,探讨匹鲁卡品合适的剂量及用法。方法54只wistar大鼠腹腔注射氯化锂3 mmol/kg,在三天内分六个时间段给予不同剂量的匹鲁卡品腹腔注射。结果30只大鼠癫痫持续状态(SE)发作,5只死亡,以氯化锂预处理16小时-24小时后注射30 mg/kg匹鲁卡品量组的SE发作率高,死亡率低。结论用氯化锂-匹鲁卡品制备Wistar大鼠SE模型,氯化锂预处理16小时-24小时后注射30 mg/kg匹鲁卡品量较好。
Objective To identify the appropriate dose and method of pilocarpin in the lithium-pilocarpine induced rat.model of acute epilepsy. Methods 54 Wistar rats were injected abdominally with lithium by 6 different periods later within 3 days, different dose of pi- locarpin was injected. Results 30 rats were induced successfully to status epileptieus in all ,5 rats were dead. In the groups injected with 30 mg/kg after 16 -24 hours, have the high ratio of SE and low death ratio. Conclusion In the lithium-pilocarpine induced rat model of acute epilepsy, it is better to be injected with 30 mg/kg 16 - 24 hours later.
