摘要
阐述了农村信息化的背景、意义和必要性,分析了国内外当前新农村信息化建设的现状和存在的问题并做了对比,在此基础上提出了解决问题的一些对策、建议及实施方案。
Elaborated the countryside informationization background, the significance and the necessity, have analyzed the domestic and foreign current new countryside informationizafion construction present situation and the existence question and have made the contrast, proposed in this foundation solves question some countermeasures, the suggestion and the implementation plan.
