摘要
自1991年中越关系正常化以来，两国经贸关系得到迅速恢复与发展。尤其是1999年两国领导人签署了《联合声明》，把“长期稳定、面向未来、睦邻友好、全面合作”的“十六字方针”作为发展面向21世纪的中越两国关系的方针确定下来后，两国在政治、经济和文化等各个方面的关系得到了全面的发展。当前，中越关系正处在良好的发展势头上，两国把相互关系定位为“好邻居、好朋友、好伙伴、好同志”的“四好”关系。良好的政治关系为两国经贸关系的发展奠定了坚实的基础。
Since the two countries resume their formal relationship from 1991, volume of the trade between China and Vietnam has increased rapidly, while the status of trade climbed up in each other countires.Commodities of both countries are highly complementary with a trend of centralizing in certain categories.Trade deficite of Vietnam continue to climb up, the imbalance of trade between the two cuntries raises more and more concerns. Causes of this consequentials are complicated.We should resolve the existing problems from the base. Difficulties exists,though, we brightly look forward the future of the bilateral trade between China and Vietnam under the background of an uprising situation of world economy and the two countries.
