摘要
信息技术教师是教师群体中的新生力量,也是实施信息技术教育不可轻视的群体。如何有效地将知识管理思想与信息技术教师专业化整合,是教育界当前讨论的热点课题。本研究从知识管理的角度,把信息技术教师专业化知识进一步划分为学科专业知识和教育专业知识;进而讨论信息技术教师专业化知识管理的核心内容;最后提出建设校际学科专业知识库、搭建基于反思型教研互动平台等具体的实现方法,促进信息技术教师专业化可持续发展。
Informational Technological Teacher is a new and not to be sneezed group. A study is debated that how to effectively integrate Knowledge Management theory with Informational Technological Teachers Specialization. The study divides the Informational Technological Teacher Specialization Knowledge into Subject Knowledge and Education Knowledge by Knowledge Management perspective; and discusses the center content of it; and in the end put forward some methods such as forming school-to-school subject repository, building introspective mutual teaching flat roof, etc. to improve continuous development of Informational Technological Teacher education Specialization.
