摘要
实训基地作为学生完成实践环节的基本硬件，是实施职业技能训练的保证。在进行校内实训基地建设时应突出层次性、先进性、综合性；校外实训基地建设要走校企业合作之路，企业应参与学校人才培养，推动学校发展。二者应相辅相成，紧密结合。
As the basic hardware for students achieving practical teaching,the laboratory construction is the guarantee to have vocational technology training. It should extrude arrangement,progress and integrity in the school and develop the cooperation between school and corporation. Corporations should participate in training the person with ability, promote the school development. They should supplement and complement each other.
