摘要
随着电子政务的发展．办公自动化系统作为其中重要的组成部分越来越受到各级政府部门的重视：而构件化是软件开发的重要技术和发展趋势，具有效率高和结构灵活等显著特点。本文结合桌军区办公自动化系统的实例，阐述了基于构件的办公自动化系统的设计与实现。
Along with the electronic government affairs development, the office automation system took important constituent more and more receives recognition of government deparunent. And the component is the important technology and the development tendency which software develops, has the efficiency high and the structure is nimble and so on the remarkable characteristic, This article unifies military region office automation system the example, elaborated a component-based office automation system design and implementation.
