摘要
首先简单介绍数据挖掘技术的相关知识及零售业的特点,然后指出在零售业中实施客户关系管理(CRM)的重要性,从而引出数据挖掘(DM)技术在CRM中的核心作用。
The article firstly introduces the characteristic of the retail trade and the technology of Data Mining(DM). Then it points out the importance of implementing CRM in retailing. At last, why is the technology of Data Mining(DM) considered as the core of CRM will be discussed.
