流感病毒感染与急性冠脉综合征的关系
摘要
最近研究认为流感病毒感染,可导致冠状动脉内皮损伤,血小板黏附聚集和血栓形成,并触发急性冠脉综合征的发生。大量文献表明在流感流行季节,急性冠脉综合征发病增多,因此预测流感病毒感染可能与急性冠脉综合征发病密切相关,流感疫苗可预防急性冠脉综合征的发生。
