摘要
为适应知识经济和信息时代的要求,建立学习型组织将是未来组织变革的新方向。在知识经济的大背景下,企业赖以生存的内部和外部环境快速变化。阐述了学习型组织结构的基本特征,提出两种可供参考的网络结构模式,为组织变革和组织结构创新服务。
In order to meet the requirement of knowledge economy and information era, building learning organization will be the orientation of future organization reform. Under the background of knowledge economy, the internal and external environment enter- prise depended changed fast, what kind of organization structure will the future enterprise take to fit the environment change？ This paper discussed some basic characteristics of learning organization structure, and provided two available network structure model for serving the organization reform and organization structure innovation.
