核心竞争力是企业长期制胜的法宝,从改进现行财务披露方式入手,以价值的形式建立核心竞争力财务信息披露体系,实现核心竞争力与会计控制的有效结合。
Core competence is the trump for enterprise＇s success. This paper try to build core competence financial information exposure system from reforming the financial exposure way, realize the effective combination of core competence and accounting control.
