企业信任的营销能力分析

摘要 企业信任营销的本质是在企业与员工以及顾客之间建立一种互信互利的关系,它是企业赢得竞争优势的源泉。本文分别从企业信任营销组合关系、企业信任营销是吸引顾客的重要因素、制度信任营销是企业发展的战略性资源以及企业信任营销是企业培育核心竞争力的关键要素等几个方面进行了分析。
