摘要
为进一步明确黑龙江省水稻品质改良目标,以2006年参加黑龙江省审定的44个粳稻品种(品系)为材料,对全省水稻品种品质近况进行了分析。在44份材料中,达到国家标准一级的品种有3个,占全部品种的6.82%;各项指标中达标率最好的是垩白度,国家标准一级达标率为100%,达标率最低的是整精米率仅为72.73%。
To improve paddy rice quality of Heilongjiang province, 44 paddy rice which examined and approved in Heilongjiang province in 2006 were analyzed. 3 rice varieties reached the one--level standard of national standard accounting for 6. 82% ;chalky degree was the best quality trait,head rice was the lowest quality trait.
