Process Quality Reaction Customer Model in Supply Chain

摘要 供应链作为一个系统,整合了包括从原材料的获取一直到最终顾客交付之间的一系列的业务活动。其基本目标是在核心企业的主导下,在正确的时间按正确的数量将正确的产品交付给顾客,并保证总成本最小。为了保证整个供应链系统所有构成都能有效运行,本文开发一个基于顾客需求响应的过程质量模型(Process Quality Reaction Customer Model,PQRCM),通过测量、评估、改进和控制,为实施和改进供应链系统的质量规划提供了一种结构化的方法。 A manufacturing supply chain is an integrated set of business functions, encompassing all activities from raw material acquisition to final customer delivery. Delivering the right product at the right time in the right amount with the minimum total cost under the dominance of core enterprises is the essential objective of the supply chain system. Thus, to ensure that all operational components of the supply chain system are operating efficiently, this paper proposed Process Quality Reaction Customer Model (PQRCM) to provide a structural approach for implementing and improving supply chain system through measurement, assessment, control and improvement.
