摘要
高峰值功率多注速调管是一种在单注速调管及传统多注速调管的基础上发展起来的新型微波电真空器件。本文介绍了高峰值功率多注速调管的基本特点及目前世界上高峰值功率多注速调管的发展状况,其中包括已经研制成功的10MW级多注速调管、正在研制的50 MW级多注速调管及一些处于概念设计阶段的更高功率水平的多注速调管。最后阐述了研制高峰值功率多注速调管遇到的问题及可能的解决方法,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
As a new type of microwave vacuum device, high peak power multi-beam klystron is developed on the basis of single-earn klystron and conventional multi-beam klystron. The characteristics and present status of high peak power multi-beam klystron including 10 MW, 50 MW multi-beam klystrons and some klystrons with even higher output power are presented in this paper. Difficulties encountered in the research process and the countermeasures for these difficulties are described, and the future of high peak power multi-beam klystron is shown at the end of the paper.
