栅控枪中阴极发射电流密度的调节

Adjustment of Cathode Emission in Gridded Electron Guns

摘要 分析了栅控枪中阴极面发射不均匀的原因,特别是栅极的加入对阴极发射的影响。模拟了栅极尺寸改变对阴极发射电流的调节作用,得到了栅网的几个主要尺寸变化对阴极发射影响的规律。在设计时,可以根据其对栅网进行优化处理,以得到比较均匀的阴极电流发射,从而延长阴极的使用寿命。 the reason why the emission current is not uniformly distributed on cathode surface and the influence of the grid-wire on cathode emission were analyzed. The effects of modifying the main dimensions of grid-wire on the emission performances were simulated. The objective law between these dimensions and the cathode emission was obtained. During design, the grid-wire can be optimized to obtain a more uniformly distributed emission current in order to prolong the life of cathode.
