摘要
目的:了解护理人员急救知识、技能的获得途径和现状,探讨其影响因素和对策.方法:采用问卷调查和技能考核对250名护理人员急救知识培训现状进行调查.统计处理用SPSS10.0软件包进行.结果:急救知识测验平均知识得分为(67.32±15.28)分;技能考核平均得分(76.15±15.17)分.学历、培训及职称等均可影响护理人员知识得分.结论:要重视护理人员急救知识培训工作.加强护理人员的培训和学习,在培训过程中还应加强薄弱环节的训练和学习.
Objective： To investigate paramedical acquisition ways and situation of emergency knowledge and skill, and discuss their influencing factors and countermeasures. Methods： Through questionnaire survey and skill exam, I surveyed 250 paramedics to probe into the actualities of training on emergency knowledge. Statistical analysis adopted SPSS 10.0 software package. Resuits ： Mean score of emergency knowledge test was 67.32 ± 15.28. Mean score of skill exam was 76.15 ± 15.17. The factors influencing score included academic credentials, training and the title of a technical post, etc. Conclusion：We should pay high regard for paramedical training of emergency knowledge, strengthen paramedical training and study, and during training we should strengthen the training and study of the weak links.
