摘要
目的:研制一种器械,有效地解决带锁髓内针远端锁孔穿入对位不准确的问题.方法:将应用带锁髓内针远端交锁第一次未成功的病人随机分成两组,一组应用自制空心套芯方法交锁对远端进行固定,另一组为用其它方法手术组,并对二者进行对照.结果:应用空心套芯方法组明显好于其它方法组,手术时间、手术成功率和对位不准确率有明显差异(P<0.01).结论:使用自制的空心套芯可有效地纠正髓内针在骨髓腔内轻度变形所致锁孔与骨孔偏差,通过导针、套芯可准确穿入锁孔,提高手术成功率,缩短手术时间,减少病人的痛苦.
Objective ： To develop a instrument and effectively resolve the problem that the intramedullary pin can＇ t accurately pass through distal locking hole of intramedullary pin with lock. Methods： The patients who failed in distal locking for the first time were randomly divided into two groups： one group used self- made hollow wrap core, the other utilized conventional technique. Results： The effect of using self- made hollow wrap core was better than that of others. It showed significant difference in first - time success rate of operation,operation hours and the rate of good position between two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Using self- made hollow wrap core can effectively correct the deviation of locking hole and bone hole caused by mildly deformed intramedullary pin in marrow cavity. It may exactly pass through the locking hole through the guidance of pin and wrap core. This technique can increase success rate of operation, reduce operation hours and relieve the patients＇ suffering.
