摘要
巴曲酶（Ｂａｔｒｏｘｏｂｉｎ）治疗突发性聋与扩管药组进行疗效对比。巴曲酶治疗有效率为７３％。其中治愈率４１％。而扩血管药治疗有效率与治愈率依次为６４％和２３％。阐述了巴曲酶主要药理作用，且介绍该药应用的适应症、禁忌证和副作用，讨论了突聋与预后的影响因素。
This paper primarily discusses the effects of batroxobin on sudden idiopathic deafness and comparison is made between batroxobin and vasodilators.73% of the patients treated with batroxobin showed hearing improvement with 41% of full recovery,whereas in patients treated with vasodilators improvement rate was 61% with 23% rate of full recorvery.Primary pharmacological mechanism in dication/contra indications and side effects of Batroxobin are also discussed.Also included in the paper are analysis of factors influencing prognosis of sudden deafness.
