基于UC3879的移相全桥ZVZCS变换器的研究与实现

摘要 介绍了一种移相全桥零电压零电流DC/DC变换器,通过在变压器原边设置隔直电容,使原边电流复位,实现滞后臂的零电流开关(ZCS);同时还可起到抑制变压器偏磁的作用。为了防止变压器原边电流反向,在滞后臂开关管上串联了二极管。UC3879是一种专用的移相控制芯片,给出了其在峰值电流控制模式下的相关外围电路。基于上述思想,设计了一台输出为600V/1A的直流电源,验证了软开关特性,用户实际使用还表明电源工作稳定、可靠性好。 A phase shifted full bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter is introduced. Through setting up blocking capacity in the primary side of transformer, the primary current can be reset so as to realize ZCS of lagging leg switches and the power transformer's bias in the full-bridge converter can be suppressed as well. The diodes are serial with lagging leg switches to prevent the primary current from flowing reversely. UC3879 is an appropriative phase shifted controller and its external circuit when it's used in the mode of peak current control is proposed. Based on the ideas above, a 600V/1A DC power supply was designed and the soft switch characteristics were proved. After being used, it turns out to be steady and reliable.
